Wallis is a robot who is a member of Cinco de Mayo.
History[]
Wallis was found sitting on a rock in a field, watching a butterfly, by Count Fikeb who recruited him for some unknown task. Initially, they sought to help Charlotte retrieve a lost item, but were attacked by Cinco de Mayo in the process.
March Meekrat Madness 2009[]
Wallis was a participant in this tournament as a champion of Deity Guy. He lost against the Red Scare in the first round.
Baggy Wallis[]
At some point, Baggy Brigadier fell in battle. His brain patterns, and vast arsenal, were implanted onto Wallis, and so he became Baggy Wallis. He also joined Cinco de Mayo.
March Meekrat Madness 2010[]
Baggy Wallis is participating in this tournament as a champion of Lamp Prime, and as part of Cinco de Mayo. They faced the Scottish Boxman in the first round and won, besting him in a gift-wrapping contest. Their second event involved Mister Lucky and a death-trap defying contest. They won, but at a cost. They lost to Charleston Charge in the third round by failing to obtain a bootleg copy of "Homeboys in Outer Space".

It is unknown whether or not Wallis had any powers. As Baggy Wallis, he has a vast arsenal of weaponry at his immediate disposal.
